名古屋出身。
1997年に単身、渡英。
現地レコード店でのバイトを経てイギリスでデビューした日本人バンドBOOM BOOM SATELLITESのマネージャーとして8年間イギリスで経験を積みマネジメントの道に進む。 同バンドが日本のSONYと契約した為共に帰国。
2004年個人でDJ BAKUと共に監督、撮影、編集を務めた音楽ドキュメンタリー『KAIKOO／邂逅』を制作。このドキュメンタリーが注目されたのをきっかけに独立し音楽レーベル〝POPGROUP Recordings〟を設立。 40作以上の作品を制作しアーティストからの支持を得てしインディペンデントの音楽フェス「KAIKOO Festival」を開催。独自のアーティストラインナップと、都市型にこだわった開催にファンがつき、2010年時点で1万人を超える集客。
2011年には日本全国からストリートアートを集めた個展『ARTMOSH』をアメリカの会社NIXONと共同開催。音楽、アートの分野において時代を凌駕する企画を仕掛ける。
2013年に音楽レーベルPOPGROUP Recordingsを終了。
2015年音楽業界に戻りマネジメントを再開。
同年、株式会社Nib.を設立。新たに、株式会社アミューズとの業務提携も始動。現在DYGL、Ryohu(KANDYTOWN)、折坂悠太のマネージメントを担っている。

Born in Nagoya, Japan. Moves to England in 1997. A new life that starts working part-time at a local record store eventually leads to Japanese band BOOM BOOM SATELLITES and music management.
Returns to Tokyo in 2004. Establishes music label POP GROUP Recordings following the success of music documentary KAIKOO that was directed, filmed and edited with DJ BAKU. POP GROUP releases the works of more than 40 exceptional artists and gains a cult following amongst music heads, culminating in the 'KAIKOO Festival'. With its unique artist line-up and inner-city location, this independent festival boasts over 10,000 attendees by 2010, creating a new space to KAIKOO - or encounter - great music.
In 2011 co-sponsors a one-day exhibition ARTMOSH with watch brand NIXON, curating street art from across Japan. Despite the double blow of losing the KAIKOO Festival and having to disband POPGROUP Recordings, an encounter in 2015 with a band named Ykiki Beat (now DYGL) sparks the desire to start over in music management. In the same year, Nib. Co., Ltd. is established and a new business alliance with Amuse Co., Ltd. is formed. Currently also managing artists Ryohu (KANDYTOWN) and Yuta Orisaka.
